Your address, a payment card and two ticks on one page: one to consent to us reading your smart meter, one to agree to our terms. The card check (billing address, security code and 3-D Secure) is also how we confirm you live at the address, as our agreement with n3rgy data requires, so there are no in-home display codes to find. Pay with a card registered to the home you want assessed. We then collect up to 13 months of your half-hourly readings from the national smart metering network, collect them once, and withdraw our own access. No bills to dig out, no usage forms. Prefer to keep us out of your meter? You can upload a CSV from your supplier instead.
You can still book. Upload a photo of your last 12-month electricity bill and we work from that total plus your property's EPC record, with nothing to fill in. The modelling is less precise than with half-hourly data, so if you can get a smart meter fitted first, the report will be sharper for it.
No. We work remotely from your smart-meter data, your property's EPC record and the satellite picture you confirm your home on. We assume a standard single-phase electricity supply, as almost every UK home has, and your installer confirms it on survey. That keeps the cost down and the turnaround short.
A private web link to your report, emailed to you. Not a PDF to lose in a downloads folder and not a dashboard you have to log into: a page you can open on your phone, send to your partner, and come back to when you are ready to act. It doesn't expire.
A person. We use our own model to do the number-crunching, but a human runs it for your property and checks the output before anything is sent. That is why it takes hours rather than seconds.
Within 24 hours of your smart-meter data arriving. Giving consent takes moments, but the smart metering network can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days to deliver the history, and that part is outside our control.
